  • What is our refund policy? +

    If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us for a no questions asked refund! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
  • Where do you deliver? +

    We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, retirement homes and more.
  • I missed the flower delivery guy! +

    That's ok! You should have received a 'card to call', contact the number specified on the card to arrange a suitable time and place to have the flowers re-delivered. Re-deliveries will incur an additional delivery fee.
  • What currencies do you accept? +

    All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars. We use Paypal to handle all of our credit card transactions, so we can accept payments from all over the world.
